RATP has a charge on my credit card and I am sure the consumption was not successful, I want you to investigate and give me a refund as soon as possible.
From August 12 to August 22, my family,my wife、my child(ten years old) and I,traveled in Europe. August 20, we took the train from Frankfurt to Paris(ICE 9556), arrived in Paris eastern station at noon, we plan to buy 10 adult tickets and 10 child tickets in the POS machine.The operation is not successful,The employees of RATP who I asked him to help telled me that I had to buy the ticket with coins.finally we had to wait in line and buy the ticket from the artificial windows.
When I returned my country, I found my credit card on a charge of 25 euro's, I think it must be a mistake.
